INTERNET SALES
Products sold via Internet are governed by Legislative Decree n. 206 dated September 6th, 2005 and Legislative Decree n. 70 dated April 9th, 2003.
PRICES
The prices indicated are public prices, with VAT (Value Added Tax) added at 22%.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Section 64 et. seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), if the Client is a consumer (i.e. a physical person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity, or does not make a purchase indicating in the order form to La Nordica the reference to a VAT number), the Client has the right to terminate the purchasing agreement for any reason and without providing explanations, under the conditions established below. In order to exercise this right, the client must send written communication to said effect by registered letter, with return receipt, within 14 working days from the date the goods have been received. The aforementioned communication can be anticipated by e-mail to: info@lanordica.it or by fax to: 0332 473452, provided that it has been confirmed by sending a registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 (forty-eight) hours.

The client may use the withdrawal form at the bottom, but it is not mandatory.
The goods must then be returned at the client’s expense and within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. If the product is returned substantially intact in its packaging, La Nordica will return the full amount paid by the client within the 14th day from the date on which La Nordica became aware of the withdrawal, using the same means of payment used by the client for the initial transaction, unless the latter has expressly agreed otherwise.
The Purchaser cannot exercise this right of withdrawal for contracts for the purchase of personalized products or for products that cannot be returned because of their nature or for those that are prone to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and, however, in any other case provided for in Sect. 55 of the Consumer Code.
When notice by the Purchaser has been received, stating his/her right of withdrawal, the Parties in this agreement are dissolved by mutual obligation, except as provided for in the previous points of this section.
REPLACING PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT
Within 1 day that the goods are received, you can request the replacement of a product that has been damaged within its packaging during transport (ex. broken glass bottle). An e-mail must be sent to: info@lanordica.it within 1 day, specifying the products to be replaced and the type of damage, with a photo attached, if possible. You will receive an e-mail in response with instructions for a replacement. The cost for the return of the products will be at our expense. If the methods and times defined are not respected, the returned products will be rejected.
If the external packaging is damaged, we ask that you sign the delivery document as being subjected to confirmation.
SHIPPING COSTS
For orders under €40, shipping costs are €8.50
For orders starting at €40, shipping is free.
Delivery available only in the Italian national territory by express courier.
Delivery times: 10 working days from when the order is received.
Goods will not be shipped during the month of August and during the Christmas holiday (for more details, please check the dates when ordering).
